
OverviewThe Arlington, Massachusetts Garden Club was founded in 1931, and federated under the Garden Club Federation of America a year later. The Arlington Garden Club is comprised of nearly 80 Arlington residents and neighbors. Membership is open to all. The Club is run by a Board of 7 officers and Chairs of Standing Committees, plus various Assistants to the Board.
Who We AreWe are a group of gardeners interested in conserving natural resources and the environment through educational programs and public works.
Our membership includes all levels of gardeners, novice to master, interested in learning and sharing expertise in home gardening, the environment, floral arrangements, and supporting the beautification of Arlington.
What We DoWe work together to help maintain and preserve Arlington’s public and historic gardens, adopt traffic islands and public planters, plant trees within Arlington and provide floral arrangements for town events.
Our ultimate goal is to promote a shared appreciation of and responsibility for the environment with our fellow citizens.
